Very satisfied with the stay in a spacious room. Inverter system, air conditioner and a big shower impressed me forever.
Our overnight stay on the way to Knysna was wonderful. Our 2 pugs were also together. It's fresh, spacious and stylish with plenty of parking and lovely green grass. Communication via WhatsApp was also good.
The only frustration was that we had no hot water to shower. After a 9 hour day on the road, we were looking forward to a hot shower. There were 16 guests and therefore the use of the showers or baths left certain guests without hot water. We tried many times - with waiting times in between, but not successfully. Other than that we had a great stay, thank you.

This is a beautiful historic house and expertly converted to offer top class accommodation, the rooms are luxurious, exquisitely furnished, clinically neat and clean. Very nice outdoor area with a lapa and green grass where you can relax after a long day on the road. Well done Victorian Square, keep it up!

This was our second time staying at Victoria Square. We were not satisfied this time. The crockery and cutlery were really not clean. There was old food stuck to it. Not at all what we expect.

Historic building that has been very nicely and neatly renovated. Very good service from management. Well located in town and within walking distance of most restaurants, but also in the quiet and good part of town. Would love to stay there again.
A beautiful guest house with lovely beds and crisp linen. Lorraine passed on all relevant information early on and was there to welcome us. All that might be missing is burglar bars in front of the windows, they are large windows but we were not comfortable sleeping with them open without burglar bars. I can confidently recommend the guest house.

The facilities are spacious, clean and the guesthouse is centrally located. I was due to arrive late on Saturday and the lady on duty went out of her way to provide me with necessary information. Pleasantly surprised with the Victorian Square Guesthouse and will definitely stay here again!

Nothing short of eating places nearby
Geyser is small so warn guests not to shower for too long. Second person then takes a lukewarm shower. Provide a large paring knife. Tourism browsing with things to do will be cute.

We arrived at midnight with a baby and two Jack Russels. The accommodation was very pleasant: big enough for our family, attractive to the eye with above-standard facilities and a fresh feel. The check-in and check-out procedures were effortless. We still wanted to use the neat braai facilities. We will definitely see Victorian Square Guesthouse again.
On the way to Stilbaai we spent the night at Victorian Square Guesthouse. What a beautiful, neat and safe place it was. The hospitality we received was top class and would recommend it to anyone.
